Standardised order receipt via an app for customers
A major problem for NDT service providers is the non-standard submission of customer orders.
Customers use different order forms or procedures and often not all information needed for a test has been provided which leads to time-consuming and repetitive communication. Solution approach: The customers receive a standardised order program (app).
AAP-NDT GmbH evaluates a small app for DRIVE NDT that the NDT service provider can make available to his customers. Using the app the customer can submit his test order easily to the service provider and also enter it into his own IT system. Thus the app standardises the order procedures and makes them fully traceable for both the customer and the service provider.
